Greg and Katie met during the pandemic, online which I feel is a very common sentence now. Their first date was via zoom and they decided to make tacos together. How cute is that?! Can we just pause and praise technology right now for HOW MANY PEOPLE FELL IN LOVE over the internet during this really uncomfy time!! SO. DAMN. CUTE! All that it took were online tacos and the rest was history. They fell in love with each other’s company, willingness to try new food and adventurous spirit with family and friends. Oh, and they throw one hell of a tailgate party together, GO HAWKS!
In November of 2022 they decided to tie the knot at Walker Homestead in Iowa City, IA. They wanted their closest family and friends to eat, party and celebrate their love. Guess what? They accomplished it and more! The intimate setting, beautiful details, exquisite food and rocking tunes made for a truly outstanding night. In true Iowa fashion, the weather chose to be extra crazy, but we ended the night with a calm but chilly sunset and no dry eye in the house during toasts. It was one heck of a party!
