Capturing special moments, unscripted, unposed, for clients who want more, putting them at ease in front of the lens and helping them stay in that happy place so that together we can make art that is personal: one-of-a-kind.
What do you need to know about me? Well, I love coffee and breakfast food… cheap beer, live music... and anything fried! I’m tall, blonde, and dress like Meg Ryan from “You’ve Got Mail”. Quirk is my jam. So is Netflix. If you want to win my heart just throw on some “New Girl” or “The Office”!
I was born and raised in small-town Iowa — moved away, made some cool memories, gained some experience, and found my way back. Now I live in Dubuque with my wonderful husband, two growing boys, and a camera that’s seen it all.
From the beginning, Nat was warm and friendly. She is just an overall easy person to be around. She helped us to establish a wedding timeline and came up with some awesome spots for photos. She orchestrated the chaos of the day perfectly but wasn’t overbearing or annoying.
Besides this, NAT TAKES BOMB PHOTOS. I am in love with our photos. I have looked at them just about every day. I can’t believe how she manages to capture moments so perfectly. I have had so many compliments on them. My wedding party was also floored by how amazing Nat was on the wedding day. I remember walking down the aisle and wondering where she was. She made herself invisible! It was incredible. If you are lucky enough to where she is available on your day, you have to hire her!
I have been working with Nat for awhile now to shoot photography for both my personal and professional brand. When I say that she is 'ahhhmazing' I truly mean it! Not only is her work incredible but she is a pro at making you feel at ease and authentically you, while capturing moments that take your breath away and make you giggle. She has such an amazing eye and gift that is hard to come by. I recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer to capture moments no matter what season of life you are in. Book her now and look no further, I promise you wont regret it.
